Thulliyam Scans strictly adheres to the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PC-PNDT) Act and all related statutory laws in India. In strict compliance with the law, disclosure of the sex of the fetus is strictly prohibited. We do not conduct, assist, or permit any procedures or tests intended to determine or reveal the sex of a fetus. All patients undergoing prenatal diagnostic procedures must mandatorily present a valid doctor’s prescription, government-approved identity proof, and accurately complete and sign ‘Form F’ before the scan is initiated. Any attempt to solicit information regarding fetal sex will be reported immediately to the appropriate legal authorities.
By accessing the diagnostic imaging services of Thulliyam Scans, you agree to comply with all applicable medical, statutory, and legal regulations. All diagnostic outputs, including 3D/4D scan records, structured reports, and digital images, are protected under copyright law and remain the exclusive property of Thulliyam Scans. Patients are required to provide complete and accurate identity and medical history details; false or incomplete specifications may compromise diagnostic integrity and patient care workflows.
We maintain a rigorous data confidentiality framework at Thulliyam Scans. All collected patient information, diagnostic findings, and clinical records are handled securely and treated as strictly confidential. No patient data or scan files will be shared, disclosed, or transferred to third parties without explicit, written consent from the patient or an authorized representative, except where required by law or statutory medical audits.
Full settlement of service fees is strictly mandatory at the time of booking or prior to the execution of the diagnostic scan at Thulliyam Scans. Payments are accepted via cash, valid credit/debit cards, or authorized digital transaction gateways. Any billing disputes, receipt discrepancies, or transactional queries must be brought to the administration’s attention within 24 hours of execution.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by providing timely notice to our front desk. For valid pre-service cancellations, refunds will be processed for verified billing errors. However, once the diagnostic scan has been executed and the final report is generated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. If a patient wishes to contest or clarify the medical findings, a second opinion or internal review by a senior radiologist/fetal medicine specialist can be requested or arranged through the management of Thulliyam Scans. Issues arising from third-party payment gateway failures remain the structural responsibility of the issuing bank.
All scan results, structural maps, and diagnostic reports issued by Thulliyam Scans serve strictly as diagnostic aids and do not constitute a definitive or final medical diagnosis. Clinical findings must always be correlated with a physical examination and evaluated by your treating doctor. Thulliyam Scans accepts no liability for clinical decisions or medical treatments undertaken without comprehensive professional medical consultation.
